I had no idea who he was until he almost ran me over. And frankly, I kind of wish I still didn’t because then I wouldn’t have a sprained ankle to show for it. And my leg wouldn’t resemble a boa constrictor that’s swallowed a feral pig. 

Yeah, it’s that bad.

I’ve spent years saving every penny I’ve ever earned to be able to transfer to Malibu University. And now my entire future––including my scholarship––is in jeopardy. 

So I either accept the help he insists on giving me, or lose everything I’ve sacrificed for. 

In the meantime, I’m going to ignore the fact that we’re becoming friends.

And I’m definitely going to pretend he’s not turning into the object of my…umm, dirty fantasies. 

That’s not happening. 

Not even a little.

Because the minute I clapped eyes on him I knew he was nothing but trouble.

I’ve read over 100 books on here and this is the first time ever that I’m leaving a review. It’s beautiful, well written, unexpected. I absolutely loved it. The story takes you to places you only dreamt of. The writing is really good. I feel like I’m rambling now. But very good read.

The description does not do this story justice! This was a new author for me and I’m very impressed, I do not read a lot of college romance but this book was so much more! Going to read the next book in the series!

Just buy it, you’ll be glad you did!

As I was scrolling through the list of Top Books, this one caught my eye. I did that thing where I almost bought it but kept scrolling, not sure I really wanted to pay for a random book/author that I hadn’t read before...what can I say, I am cheap even during tax return time. I scrolled, I went back, I scrolled, I went back and then I just bought it to stop the mental pressure the decision was putting on me. I am happy to report It was a great choice. Immediately after finishing this book (all in one shot, no putting this one down no matter how droopy my eyelids might have felt) I went and bought two more of her books. The book had clever writing, just the right amount of push/pull, and genuinely likable characters that were easy to get invested in. I am not saying it is perfect, but it did make it into the Best of the Best folder in my iBooks. Like other reviewers, I could have used a bit more at the end but I probably would have done the same thing so who am I to judge (as I review a book...oh, the irony...)

Utterly fantastic!

Nothing But Trouble was my first book by this author, and it definitely WON’T be the last! I didn’t know how desperate I was to read a brilliantly written NA, sports romance until I started this book. I can honestly say I can’t remember the last one I read. So this book was the PERFECT story I needed at the PERFECT time. It’s like my hypothetical ‘NA romance maidenhead’ grew back, and this book blasted right through it with a battering ram. Was that a little TMI?....oh, well….you’ve most likely read worse, so you’ll survive. *shrug* Nothing But Trouble has ALL THE THINGS needed in a great freaking novel! Humor, heat, friendship, angst, witty banter, chemistry, heartache and sickeningly sexy romance that makes your pulse race and your blood boil! This story starts out with a bang….almost literally. *snort-laugh* (Just read it, then you’ll know what I’m talking about.) I LOVED the evolution of Reagan and Alice’s relationship….from somewhat enemies-to-friends-to-lovers, their connection was pure fire right from the start. And the more you learn about them individually, you can’t help but root for them to become a real couple throughout the entire story. Just when you think “YES, YES! It’s finally happening!”, a wicked wrench gets thrown into the mix, causing all your hopes and naughty dreams to fly out the window. My emotions were put through the proverbial wringer as I endured the highs and lows, the ups and downs, and maybe the ‘ins and outs’ *another snort-laugh* (see what I did there?) of Reagan and Alice’s relationship. You may be wondering, “But their love prevails in the end, right?”….maybe? Maybe not. Love isn’t easy. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies… no matter how much we wish it was. This book was utterly fantastic! I fell in love with both characters immediately and didn’t want this story to end. The only thing I could’ve wanted was a bit longer of an ending. After Reagan and Alice endured so much in the story, the ending seemed a bit incomplete. It didn’t distract or take away from the rest of the story line at all, not one bit...that’s just me being greedy. I just wanted more! Without a doubt, a highly-recommended must read! Don't pass it up!
